Job Description
- Responsible to provide technical support assistance to Web hostings customers.
- Responsible to troubleshoot the technical issues related to Website,Emails.
- To provide technical support assistance to customers over the phone/ remote access.

- Qualification: Graduates, Undergraduates.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills & written English can also apply.
- Candidates with good technical knowledge.

- Basic technical knowledge of PCs.
- Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows.
