Customer Support Executive
Job Description
Answer inbound calls & chat, Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, IPTV, VOIP and more
Covering a full range of Bell’s products and services including obtaining all information necessary for the resolution of the transaction.
Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating benefits of products and services to customers.
Be knowledgeable of all Bell marketing initiatives and effectively communicate marketing campaigns and promotions to customers.
Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and turn those prospects into customers
Sales through Customer Service
All other duties as assigned
Follow standard processes and procedures;
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
Redirect problems to the appropriate resource;
Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business;
Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary;
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
