S4W Networks is an online gaming company is hiring customer support executives. In this role the customer support executive will have to
- Take ownership of customer enquiries.
- Handle customer chat communications, email communications and phone calls.
- Generate reports, follow up on deposits/withdrawals
The candidate should have the following traits
- Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Energetic, friendly with a pleasant voice and personality
- Proficient in English, Hindi and one or two regional languages
- Male/Female graduate with good english speaking writing abilities
- Computer literate (Word/Excel) with decent keyboard skills
- Should have a passion for online games
