Urgent requirement for Customer Support Executives for handling customer queries related to e-learning portal of a reputed organization.

Job Description :

  • Handle inbound calls - course enquiry, customer grievances etc.,
  • Make outbound calls - connect with leads generated from various marketing campaigns.
  • Conversion of enquiry into users and then into subscribers.
  • General Shift - Monday through Saturday.

Eligibility :

  • Any graduate - 10 + 2 + 3 .
  • Post graduation not necessary.
  • Fresher do not apply. Minimum 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
  • Prior Experience in tele-sales or tele-marketing will be preferable.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
Location : Ambattur , Chennai , Tamil Nadu
