Position: Associate - Customer Support Voice (Banking Process)
Work Location: - Chennai
Eligibility:
Immediate Joiner’s are required.
Fresher’s are eligible
Should be a graduate
Mandatory - Speak, Read and Write in English
Mandatory Languages any two from below:-
Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu , Malayalam , Oriya , Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali and Punjabi.
Skill Set:
- Should understand customer issues / complaints and respond in accordance
- Adaptive, ready to learn, contribute and deliver consistently under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and temperament.
- Customer Oriented bent of mind with good analytical skills
