Job Description for Customer Support Executive (Hindi Voice Process) - Only Female candidates
·Candidates should have excellent fluency in English and Hindi
·Listen and respond to customers' needs and concerns and help them to shop on our website.
·Understanding customer's requirement and provide information about products and services
Providing customer support diligently to achieve customer satisfaction
·Calling prospective customers for new offers and deals
·Maintaining a cordial relationship with Old customers for retention of old customers
No.of candidates required: 6
Shift Timing: 8 am to 5 pm
Rotational week off: For first 3 months 1 week off, After completion of 3 months, Eligible for 2 week off in alternative weeks.
