- Customer Support Inbound Voice Process in a leading company.

- Process: Customer Support Banking Customer Support Inbound Voice

- Shift Time : Day shift for female candidates and Rotational shift for Male Candidates.
- Qualification - Eligibility Criteria: (Mandatory)
- Must be graduate (Under or Post Graduate)
- Good fluency in English.
- Nil standing arrears
- Age Limit : Below 36
- Fresher and Experience candidate most welcome for this interview.
Compensation:
- We will offer up to Max 2.6 LPA based on candidate experience only in Voice Process.
- For a Fresher Level 1.5 LPA + Attractive Incentive.
- Ready to Offer 1.74 LPA for Semi Voice Experienced candidate + Attractive Incentive.
- Incentives are given apart from this take home salary. Max Incentive range is 9-12K.
Job Description:
- Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Investigate customer’s problems, providing accurate and factual replies.
- Escalate customer queries as required.
- Identify growing problems and bring these to the attention of a Team Manager or Second Level Technical Support.
