We have immediate openings for the position of Customer Service Executive (Non-Voice) for International.

  • Experience: Candidates who have previous experience or without experience can apply, preferably Software.
  • Freshers with Strong Communications Skills are welcome.

Required Skills:

  • The candidates must have Good Interpersonal and Excellent verbal/written Communication Skills in English
  • Candidates must have extreme knowledge in Internet handling.
  • Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution.
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
Job Description:
  • Providing Customer Service Support for US Clients.
  • Candidate will be responsible to review, discuss with team and respond back to the client via Live Chat Support and/or emails.
  • To answer queries/resolve problems through inbound calls.
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Willing to work in Night Shift.
