Job Description
We have immediate openings for the position of Customer Service Executive (Non-Voice) for International.
- Experience: Candidates who have previous experience or without experience can apply, preferably Software.
- Freshers with Strong Communications Skills are welcome.
Required Skills:
- The candidates must have Good Interpersonal and Excellent verbal/written Communication Skills in English
- Candidates must have extreme knowledge in Internet handling.
- Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution.
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
- Providing Customer Service Support for US Clients.
- Candidate will be responsible to review, discuss with team and respond back to the client via Live Chat Support and/or emails.
- To answer queries/resolve problems through inbound calls.
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Willing to work in Night Shift.
