Job Description
- We are hiring for Customer Service Associate Role, we invite freshers & experienced candidates both.
- Minimum qualification required is Intermediate.
- We have openings for one of us MNC client.
- Candidate should be comfortable with:
- 24*7 shifts with rotational weeks offs
- Comfortable to work in night shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Salary Range – INR 2.0 LPA - 3.09 LPA per annum
- Transport Allowance- INR. 4000
- Night Shift Allowance- INR. 115 per night (If applicable)
- Meal Coupons(Zeta Card)- INR. 1100
- Over Time benefits (As applicable)
- Medical Insurance – INR. 5 L for each employee
- Life & Accidental Insurance for each employee
- Knowledge & Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
- Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
- Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
