- This team helps manage the portfolio of the Customers.
- They take calls from the customers, and help the for KYC Registration and Solve the queries of Customer.
- Providing proper Information to customer.
- Calling customers to inform cheque bounce
- 0-5 Years Exp in Customer Service / Inbound / BPO
- soft spoken, articulate, good command over English
- Should be able to converse & can handle queries
- Good command in Computer MIS (20 word Per Min)
- B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Financial Services Preferred
