Job Description
- Understanding exactly what client require.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face.
- Negotiate with client for efficient services delivery at profitable fees.
- Publishing the requirement of the client in the access.
- Searching the best-suited properties for the client and to fix the appointment with Business development Executive.
- Taking feedback after making client visit the properties.
- Following up regularly and keep showing new options to the client until he shortlist the property with us.
- Once client shortlist the property following up very carefully along with the Business development executive till the deal closer.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are preferred
