- Job Title – Customer Relationship Officer
- Experience – 0-6 Months
- Remuneration: INR 10,000-12,000 per month
(depending on candidate) , plus incentives
- Probation Period: 6 Months
- Job Purpose: Hiring for Customer Relationship Officer for
resolving customer inquiries (inbound) via phone, email & live chat and
hence enhancing their online buying experience.
- Resolving Customer inquiries via phone, email & live chat service.
- Maintaining & Leveraging existing customer relations.
- Coordinating order processing & management between various teams.
- Good fluent communication skills in English for speaking and writing are the main skills required.
- Internet knowledge is a must with a clear understanding of how to handle customer queries.
- Moderate computer skills.
- Must be able to articulate business benefits in writing.
- Quick Learner and a Team Player ready to work in a challenging startup culture.
