- We do power bills comparison for the Australian customer and provide them highest discounts with cheaper rates on their electricity bills.
- We are marked on behalf of all the major electricity retailers.
Job Description:
- To make outgoing calls to Australian Customers
- To compare electricity bills and provide maximum discounts at cheaper rates to the customers.
- Comparing bills with all the major retailers in Australia
- To inform Clients about the product and services and listen to their queries.
- To generate more leads from the people outcalled.
- To sell the Products and service to the Client.
- To check the satisfaction level based on a standard set of questions.
- Building a good image and rapport.
- Effective and timely communication.
- Handle different customers
- It’s an early morning shift, timings would be 06 am – 03 pm.
- It’s 5.5 Days working i.e. sat 06 am – 12:30 pm.
- Both side cabs, pick up and drop.
