Job Description
We are looking to hire young and dynamic candidate for full time position.
Training will be provided.
Experience:
- A minimum 6 month of Tele Calling/Customer Service Experience.
- Good computer skills.
Shift Timings: 12 noon to 9pm
Weekly Off: Sunday
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Deal directly with customers either by Telephone, Whatsapp or Social networking sites.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Record details of customer complaints and action taken.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
