1. Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries on day-to-day basis
2. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions
3. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
4. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem, following up to ensure resolution
5. Recommend potential products or services changes to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
6. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
7. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededSkills and Requirements
1. Multitasking and Problem solving ability
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
4. Knowledge of CRM system
We are looking for a person with
1. Proven customer support experience
2. Good communication skills In English and Hindi
3. Prior experience of working in a team or managing a project
4. Prior experience in working under high pressure and deadline oriented environment
5. Ability to take ownership of the task
6. Proactive mindset and Quick learning capability
