Job Skills:
- Good Communication Skills. English and Hindi is a must.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Microsoft Excel and Word- Basic

Role Responsibilities:
- Will be the first face of contact for various Customers through voice
and non-voice modes including Social Media, Email, SMS, Whatsapp and
other communication channels to address product and non-product queries.
- Will record and resolve the received interactions as per the defined process.
- Will capture and report the product and non-product feedback/suggestion from the Customers.
- Will record the Product Change Request in the system received during Interactions.
- Will discuss and escalate the complicated interactions with the team
leader in time in-order to bring them to appropriate closure within SLA.
- Must be eager to learn and have an interest in the E Commerce Industry.
