- Responsible for
Solving Queries of the clients

customer satisfaction by resolving customer's queries on
products and services.
- Understand
customer query and respond
to it, ensuring that all queries/ concerns are
answered.
- Handling queries
through Calls/ Mails
- Deal with the
customers via emails, over the phone or face to face.
- Experience Required - 3 month - 2 Years
