- Position – Customer Care Executive
- Service hours– 24*7, Rotational Shifts (5 days working)
- Qualification –Graduates in any stream
- Must have excellent communication/ interpersonal (verbal & written) skills.
- Any Graduate with 6 months International BPO experience
- Undergrad or B.E/B.Tech with 1 year International BPO experience.
- Need to have the zeal and the knack to sell client’s products and services over the phone.
- Candidate should have basic knowledge of computers & networking devices ( no tech experience is required )
