Job Description
- Handling customer queries through emails , phone calls and chats
- Converting inquiry calls /chats to sales
- Prompt response on emails
- Handling internal system to manage order flow
- Resolving problems on customer orders
- Pre sales process which involves providing product information, price quotes and any necessary info required
- Ready to work in night shifts (CST)
- Thorough experience in client handling
- 1-4 years of minimum prior sales experience
- Preference to people who have handled B2B sales or corporate clients before
- Excellent customer support ability
- Ready to work in a fast paced environment
- Can handle pressure well
- Multi tasking and eye for details
- Excellent communication skills and minimum 30-35wpm typing speed PREFERRED
- EXCELLENT SPOKEN & WRITTEN ENGLISH
- MINIMUM 1 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE
- ABILITY TO WORK IN SHIFTS
- DO NOT HAVE PATIENCE TO LISTEN AND UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SITUATION
