Job Description
- Maintain the data base of the entire machine in the field.
- Attend the Customer call & take the information from customer to update in the Call logging Tracker with Service Reference number along with expected arrival time of engineer.
- Assign the call to respective service engineer and close the call in the Call Logging Tracker with information provided by engineer.
- Update to the customer if any delay in attending the call.
- Coordinate with Inventory for any spares requirement.
- Coordinate with team leaders in case of any reallocation of calls.
- Day end/ weekly reports to be updated to respective Regional Service Manager.
- If machine is down for more than 48 hours after attending by an engineer should be escalated to Regional Service Manager.
- Work controller should make sure 100% of attended service call report should reach Head Office by all the engineers and serial no. of call service report should be mentioned in the Call Log Tracker against that particular call..
- All Installation, Payment follow up, preventive maintenance call & curtsy calls visits should be logged in Tracker on Regional Service Manager/Team Leader’s request.
- Maintain the monthly Preventive maintenance planner & send the preventive maintenance schedule to all the engineers in starting of the month.
- Verfify expenses against the call assigned to the engineer The three standard items below should remain for all Job Descriptions.
- To support the behaviour of working as a team, sharing best practice and collaborating with colleagues outside of own sphere of business.
- To ensure full participation in the performance development process and maintain an up to date record of all training and development activities/programs.
