Job Description
- Fresher, 0-2 years (BE/BTech)
- Good knowledge of computer (typing speed 20 words per minute, accuracy at least 85%)
- Flexible to work in Night shifts
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Technically sound
- Respond To Customer Queries Over Chat and Email
- Pitch customers to upgrade to our paid plans
- Followup with the customers via emails/calls to upgrade
- Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems.
- Call customers upon request
- Demonstrate the product via screen sharing
- Escalate any technical and billing issues to the concerned departments
