Job Description
- Managing Inbound and/or outbound calls
- Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer;
- Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues; Upselling products and services wherever possible;
- Building sustainable customer relationships;
- Building product knowledge; and improving performance and achieve targets.
- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Should able to speak Hindi & English(Mandate)
- Ready to work 24/7 rotational shifts’
- Cab drop will provide after 9 PM (within 15KMs)
