Communicate with the client to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives

Coordinate with interdepartmental colleagues on project-related issues

Daily phone based coordination with clients for implementing the project

Ensure client satisfaction and resolve client queries and issues

Responsible for delivery of projects and services to clients within expected time and budget with quality

Provide adequate and timely response to the client's inquiries and communication
Qualification: Any graduation
Skills: Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Experience: Should have 2 years experience
