Job Description :
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Respond to customers on chat
- Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various care issues.
- Should have min One-year experience in chat Process.
- Candidate should have good communication skills.
- Maintain friendly and Professional chatting skills with the customers for business and help the sales team in achieving target
- Expert in handling escalation chat, any Delivery issues or any repeated chat.
- Escalating the related issues to the concerned teams for the End to End Resolution.
- Understanding the grievance and providing best resolution to the customer via call for the better communication.
- Assisting customers with resolving their billing issues, online order issue,
- Should have good typing speed.
- Good listening and analytical skills. Ability to verbalize thoughts and should be a team player.
- Adapting to a rapidly changing environment. Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment and able to deliver against a tight timescale.
- Six days working and Sunday will be off.
- Should be willing to work on sundays also if requied.
- Candidate can apply from 18 to 30 years below.
