Job Description
We are the leading Passport Agents in Hyderabad and We are looking for the post of Customer Support Executive (Over Phone).
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer or make calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries in mail / Whatsapp.
- Need to Handle field executives.
- Required to Maintain information in CRM accurately.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Qualification: 12TH CLASS AND ABOVE
- Computer Knowledge: Basic Computer knowledge required. (To maintain CRM)
- Experience: Up to 3 years
- Timings: 10 am To 7 pm (week days)
