Role: Customer/client Support Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Answering incoming customer queries.Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services.Record customer information with our customer service database.Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.Office support solutions to the customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.other duties as requested.
- Candidate with minimum 0-1year,who have knowledge with any software application product.
- Handling Support Activities
- Fresh Female MBA Graduates/Graduates, Good communication skills with MS-Office skills.
- Candidates from Spoken English institutes or computer institutes.
