- As a customer support executive, you need to understand customer requirements and able to provide good support to the customers.
- Able to use the internal database to update the customer data
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in the internal database
- Able to generate the sales from the leads
- Take complete ownership right from inquiry to feedback.
