Job Description
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Discuss goods or services information with customers or patrons.
- Obtain customer information and possible customer leads
- Respond to customer inquiries both telephonically and by email or chat
- Execute sales or other financial transactions.
- Provide notifications to customers or patrons.
- Refer customers to appropriate personnel
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Calculate costs of goods or services.
- Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance.
- Promote products, services, or programs.
- Maintain strict level of quality in the process
- Should have completed Graduation in any stream
- Preferably from Healthcare / Pharma industry background
- Excellent communication, listening and persuasive skills
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Should display high level of energy and tolerance
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment would be preferred
- Languages Known- English, Hindi & Telugu will be an added advantage
