Experience – 0- 3 years Experience
Salary – 10,000 - 13,000 + incentives
Education – Graduate/PG
Communication – Excellent in English +Telugu+ Hindi (Inbound)
Job Location - Banjara hills

Job Description:

Part of customer Support -operations
Work on Customer quires and ensure proper resolution.
Understand the requirements of the LOB and work towards resolution as well as ensuring permanent solution on issues
Document all information on the Work flow tools based on actions taken
Should maintain all productivity parameters based on published standard
Ensure Log-in hours are maintained as per set standards
All other duties as assigned.

Requisite Skills:

Good English +Telugu+Hindi communication skills
Knowledge of Internet
Experience in an BPO industry would be an added advantage.
