  • Job Description:  Customer Support Executive
Role Purpose:
  • The Customer Support Executives will support the Customers as directed by the Team Manager with the ultimate objective of increasing customer usage of products and services.
  • To provide ongoing support to our customers on query resolutions as required in line with meeting SLAs over email and chat.
Responsibilities:                                               
  • Respond promptly to customer queries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
  • Assist customers effectively & ensures customer satisfaction
  • Provide customer with additional information or explain services.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Manage customers' accounts
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Qualification:
  • Should be a Graduate/Postgraduate
  • Should possess knowledge on html/CSS/JavaScript, Domains, Troubleshooting Operating System (Windows/Mac/iOS/Andriod)
  • Knowledge over Domains/DNS is an added advantage
  • Knowledge on web site development would be an added advantage.
Experience:
  • 0 – 6 months in any of the customer/technical support industry.
  • Ability to type (30wpm) is a must.
