Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Handle Inbound & outbound calls
· Handlings emails & respond to customer
· Planning training by coordinating with internal employees
· Handling RT’s
· Preferred from customer support background
· Coordinate with other departments for faster resolution of cases
· Work on other (one-time) responsibilities given by the manager and ensure it is complete within the specified timeline
Educational qualification:
Any graduate-2015/16/17/18 graduates (without any backlogs)
Required skills:
- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Should be flexible to work in shifts
- Proactive and enthusiastic to interact with people
- Should work as a good team player
Designation: Executive
CTC per Annual: 1.5LPA to 1.7LPA
Work Location: Hyderabad
Interview Location: Hyderabad
