- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
- Understanding customer requirements and guiding them with the process
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
- Excellent Oral Communication in English & Hindi or Telugu
- Good Knowledge on Keyboard
- Must be a Team Player
- Willing to work 6 days a week in complete day shifts.
- Education: Any(10+2, Diploma, Degree, PG)
