Job Description
- Position: Customer Service Executive / Sr. Customer Service Executive
- Location: Jubilee Hills
- CTC: 15k to 20k
- The objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by focusing on product &service skills and ensure all required operational parameters are met and adhered to.
- He/she is closely involved in interacting with customers on a day to day basis, clarifying and resolving customer complaints and queries, determining the cause of the problem, providing best resolution.
- Handling calls and emails related to Product features queries.
- Provide complete information about Offers and related queries.
- KYC creation / updation.
- Provide information on Pay-outs and Commission queries and Issues.
- Clearing doubts on profile panels.
- Order updation.
- Update change of Address.
- Handling Invoice related issues.
- Product returns.
- Deactivation of Accounts.
- Order dispatch queries.
- Compliance management
- Any Graduate.
- 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
- Ability to approach problems logically and rationally.
- Action oriented and self-disciplined.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications.
- Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Should be able to work in a Team.
