Purpose of the Role: 
  • The objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by focusing on product &service skills and ensure all required operational parameters are met and adhered to. 
  • He/she is closely involved in interacting with customers on a day to day basis, clarifying and resolving customer complaints and queries, determining the cause of the problem, providing best resolution.
 Job Responsibilities:
  • Handling calls and emails related to Product features queries.
  • Provide complete information about Offers and related queries.
  • KYC creation / updation.
  • Provide information on Pay-outs and Commission queries and Issues.
  • Clearing doubts on profile panels.
  • Order updation.
  • Update change of Address.
  • Handling Invoice related issues.
  • Product returns.
  • Deactivation of Accounts.
  • Order dispatch queries.
  • Compliance management
Required Skills& Experience:

  • Any Graduate.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
  • Ability to approach problems logically and rationally.
  • Action oriented and self-disciplined.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications.
  • Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Should be able to work in a Team.
