Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prompt response to customer inquiries through chat/Email/call
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, and resolve their queries
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies of the company
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Take the extra mile to satisfy customer needs
- Languages: Ability to read, write and speak English (and) Bengali/Marathi/Kannada. Knowing Hindi would be an added advantage
- Patient, empathetic, and communicative
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative would be an added advantage
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
