Job Description
- Answer incoming & outgoing calls from customers, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements & Key Competencies
- Good English & Hindi with any regional language (Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada etc)
- Education : Degree(all streams) /Diploma.
