Job Description
- Ensure that appropriate information is provided while taking a call and the duration of the call is within the standardized Average Time Taken (ATT).
- Creating a positive Brand Image /awareness of JD in the minds of new prospective clients and making a sales pitch for memberships
- Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Justdial
- Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region.
- Explain about different advertising packages to clients
- Convince clients to register with Justdial
- Maintaining various reports related to Sales
- Maintain Client database
- Maintain good client relation.
- Fixing appointments for BDE's.
