Role & Responsibilities
- We are looking for customer-centric executives who can
- Receive inbound calls and assist our customer in creating orders
- Co-ordinate with our warehouse team in executing orders
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation
- Respond to emails within designated SLAs
- Work with the warehouse and order processing team to clear occasional operational bottlenecks.
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements.
- Strong attention to details, possessing a sales aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems.
