- Should have the good selling skills with the thorough technical knowledge
- Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
- Good Command over Language.
- Complete knowledge of all kind of software issues (Virus, windows , operating system issues, printer issues, routers, internet.)
- Experience in technical sales only.
- Must Have Experience in Outbound /Inbound Tech Support
- Must know how to close their own calls.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, i-Phone, i-Pad
- Salary: 15000-26000 (fixed) +Huge Incentives Benefits and facilities:
- Fixed Salary on 1st of every month In Salary Account +Huge Incentives.
- 24 leaves in a year+ 15 comp offs + b'day leaves + Monthly Incentives
- No Extension of Shift Timings
- Shift timing: Morning ShiftWorking Days: 6 days
