  • Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer.
  • Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. 
  • Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
  • 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.·
  • Must know how to close their own calls.· 
  • Good communication skills in English . 
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.· 
  • Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.
  • Should be flexible working in night shifts.
  • Salary -Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.
  • Immediate joining preferable.
  • No Freshers are Welcome.
