Job Description
- Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer.
- Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer.
- Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
- 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.·
- Must know how to close their own calls.·
- Good communication skills in English .
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.·
- Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.
- Should be flexible working in night shifts.
- Salary -Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.
- Immediate joining preferable.
- No Freshers are Welcome.
- Fixed Salary on 1st of every month In Salary Account· 24 leaves in a year+comp offs+Birthday leaves·
