Job Description
- Excellent communication skills in English (Both Oral and written)
- 0-5 year of International BPO experience
- Good leadership & analytical skills.
- Willing to work in Night Shift(Drop available)
- An inherent quality of being a good team player with zeal to succeed.
- Provide customers with the required information related to the product or service/or gather information.
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective communication.
- Apply the elements of building a positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone.
- Keeps one updated with latest US healthcare rules & regulations.
- Applies critical thinking and critical decision-making for completing tasks.
