- Must be Graduate.

- Good customer service & inter-personal skills
- Up Selling Broadband plans for initial 6 months.
- Comfortable working for outbound process
- Ability to manage volumes with accuracy.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
