Job Description
- To operationally manage Semi /Non Voice Process
- Respond to Query/Complaint/Request from customers including follow-up and close looping. Support includes (applicable to all processes/queues)
- complete customer satisfaction before closure of case.
- Provide higher first transaction resolution for all calls received
- Faster reply to customer call with minimum turnaround time
- Good communication skills
- Freshers can also apply
- Qualification Any Graduation/diploma
- Salary 6 k to 10k
- Night shifts
- Salary: INR 6000 - 10000 P.M.
