The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Job Description
- Retains potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.
- Meet appropriate productivity and quality levels in support
- Apply the proper service etiquette to satisfy various customer situations
- Display flexibility towards shifts as per business requirements
- Requirements:
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high volume environment with close deadlines
- Have experience in a Customer Service focussed role or similar
- Up to date working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Or Google Docs and Sheets.
