Job Summary
- The customer service executive is mostly responsible for attending to customer’s needs and complaints to the best of their ability
- To serve as the primary point of contact for clients coming to a company for inquires, requests, queries, and complaints.

Responsibilities
- Phone calls to be answered professionally to provide information about products and services as per customer queries, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- communicate and co-ordinate with the internal departments
- Ensure maximized productivity and minimized costs.
- Encourage and motivate team members for continuance of quality service delivery.
