- Assisting all the technical queries about the product on calls as well as on field.
- Making device set-up calls to new customers.
- End to end product delivery process calls.
- Generation of new leads and converting them to customers.
- Handling product related queries through chats on Zendesk Chat Software.
- Supervising activities on social networking websites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
