Salary range (Gross Salary per month): 18-25 (negotiable)
Location & Reporting- Andheri office, reporting to TL/AM Escalations Desk
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling escalated cases coming from multiple sources.
- Coordinate with internal team for case closure.
- Connect with customers over call/email to keep them updated on case development.
- Maintaining the relevant data for such cases and action taken.
- Qualification: Graduate in any field/ PG/ Diploma and etc.
- Overall 1.5-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in handling escalations.
- Should knowledge of Microsoft excel, word & power point
- Exposure to e-commerce would be an added advantage.
