Job Description
- Voice process (Inbound/ Outbound).
- Handle email queries, when needed.
- To maintain TAT in resolving queries as per internal process.
- Daily reporting and call tracking.
- Maintain call quality as per company standards.
- Good communication in Hindi and English.
- Additional regional language will be an added advantage.
- Familiar in email etiquette.
