Job Requisites:

  • Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred
  • Candidate should have 0-6 months of experience in Customer Support Voice Process/Collection experience/Retention Process.
  • HSE & Graduate freshers are also welcome.
  • Prior experience in the Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
  • Responsible for dealing with Domestic & International Clients
