Customer Service Executive (Chat Support)
Openings: 1
Job Description:- Handle chat support for inbound queries from doctors and other healthcare professionals.- Co-ordinate with our daignostic centers and lab technicians to resolve open issues.- Selected candidates will be provided ample amount of technical training.- This is purely a support role with no upselling or sales.
Compensation:- Rs. 15,000 per month
Work hours:- 11 am to 8 pm, 6 days a week
