Job Description
- Hello , We have opening for the position of Customer Care Executive
- Excellent communication and Comprehension skills
- Good customer service skills and phone etiquette skills
- 2-3 years’ experience in customer handling
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years’ college education
- Open to all industries like Hospitality, Aviation, Medical etc..
- Under graduates or under graduate holding minimum 6 months of experience will be considered
- Prior experience with an international BPO
- Shift timings:24*7 rotational shifts, 5 days working, Rotational offs (No fixed Saturday/Sunday offs)
- Effectively manages the communication, tools and resources needed or multiple, concurrent contacts
- Great typing skills (at least 35 words per minute required)
- An understanding of basic computer and home networking terminology (operating systems, browsers, routers, modems, etc.)
